Log:
This is a new library that can be used by koffice-1.4.1. It
allowes the import of Worperfect docs. This library depends on
libgsf which is present in moonbase.

This was tested with someone on #lunar (sorry forget his name) a
while back. The doc he sent me was in German, so I could not read
it but the doc formating looked to be correct. 

Since I do not have any more authority than what I do with svn. I ask
this module be added soon so that I can submit koffice with the 
appropriate changes.
