Removed Files:
	BUILD 
Log Message:
Removed the BUILD script as it is no longer needed.  The only thing the BUILD
script provided was symlinks to uudecode -> uudeview and uuencode -> uuenview.
uudecode and uuencode are now also provided by the module gmime.  Also removed
the unneeded symlink for the man pages of uudecode and uuencode that pointed
to uudeview and uuenview.
