Tested uml-2.4.23-2 patch against kernel-2.4.24 and it works, so I modified
the DETAILS file a little to get uml to use kernel-2.4.24 sources and hacked
the version string result accordingly.  A temporary change in the DETAILS
file until the UML authors release a 2.4.24 based (or higher) uml patch. 
This removes the need to carry 2.4.23 and 2.4.24 kernel sources.
