These are the ideas we had on the lunar2 core. Its just a very unfinished brainstorming and we're still waiting for feedback from Xoritor.

* Do the new core in ruby/perl
* make a nice tcp interface to update the database instead of a here download this tarball
* move moonbase into a database (db4/sql)
* moonbase converter
* Build little portions of system in languages like perl/ruby with bash as the main glue in between them
