Disabling mozilla-nss in gaim, once and for all. Lunar does not install
mozilla-nss currently and it seems we never have. So don't allow gaim
users to try and compile with moz-nss enabled. It will crash now if
they have mozilla-1.6 or firefox-0.8 installed before gaim.
