Log Message:
Removed this module from moonbase.  The source tarballs no longer exist as
of 20040723.  All the mini-HOWTOs have long since been incorporated into
the regular Linux-HOWTOs tarball/module.  Do a "lin Linux-HOWTOs".  This 
will also help prevent HOWTO overlap.
