Summary:                    fontforge can't be compiled without pango header

Description: 
fontforge can't be compiled without pango installed though I disable pango
support in the initial configuration.

The issue is totally reproducible if you reinstall Lunar from the ground. I
missed to change the "reproducibility" value!

I have tried it on 32 and 64 bits Lunar install. It compiles just fine
without pango. I did not tried it on a fresh install though.
