Summary: glibc 2.10.1 doesn't build with binutils 2.20
Description:
configure from glibc 2.10.1 checks for the version of binutils 2.20 (which
should be >= 2.15).
because of a incorrect check in glibc 2.10.1 configure is binutils version
of 2.20 not recognized as correct.
