Summary: latest libpng 1.2.30 + current fvwm cause X to abort
Description:
# lin libpng
(...update from 1.2.29 to 1.2.30... done)
$ startx
...
(X starts ok for 2 secs, then libpng kills it when it comes to loading the
png background)
...
[fvwm][parse_colorset]: <<ERROR>> error reading root background
libpng error: x[DA]b[FC]: invalid chunk type
$ (back to command line)

I have reverted the commit. We will wait to see the developers reaction for
