Summary:                    lcms module fails to build due to patch
Description: 
when building the lcms module, it fails a ways through
stating:lcms_wrap.cxx:2920: error: cannot convert 'int*' to 'Py_ssize_t*'
for argument '3' to 'int PyString_AsStringAnSize(PyObject*, char**,
Py_ssize_t*)'

It compiles fine for me and several others with the patch applied. Do have
swig installed?

Fixed the BUILD to only apply that patch if you have swig installed (commit
 r24458)
