Summary:                    Seamonkey does not install libIDL as a dependency,

Description: 
Seamonkey does not install libIDL as a dependency, and fails to compile.  
libIDL must be installed seperately first, then Seamonkey compiles fine. 
libIDL is not listed in Seamonkey's dependency file.

Updated DEPENDS file for seamonkey/firefox/thunderbird. Added depends
ORBit2 to seamonkey and removed the depends line for libIDL from firefox
and thunderbird. ORBit2 already has a depends line on libIDL. Now all 3
modules are more in line with their depends.
