Summary:                    shadow-4.0.18.1 fails to compile when Linux-PAM is
not installed on a lunar box
Description: 
Something in the lunar patchset causes shadow to fail compiliation on any
lunar box that does NOT have Linux-PAM installed.

In file included from pam_pass.c:19:
../lib/pam_defs.h:1:31: security/pam_appl.h: No such file or directory

and then various other pam related files not found as well.

Linux-PAM should NOT be required for shadow to compile/install correctly.

Fixed it myself. Added --without-libpam to the BUILD script as
shadow-4.0.18.1 will not build correctly when Linux-PAM crap is not
installed on the lunar box.
