Summary:                    libPropList - dead / broken url

lget    libPropList     0.10.1  failed  broken URL:
"ftp://ftp.windowmaker.org/pub/libs/libPropList-0.10.1.tar.gz"

I've grepped through the moonbase, and found that no other modules depend
or
even mention libPropList

Is it a dead module that can be removed?

Neither windowmaker nor gnome require this package. it's unlikely that
anyone ever even installed it.

I'm not using this module: it's one of the older ones that failed to lget,
and so I investigated further.

Nobody else has chimed in so just zap it.

The file located at the HP link failed to build. Also that file is 230824
bytes in size where as the one that builds fine is 152625 bytes in size.
So a guess HP has done some things to suit them.

After much searching found one here;

http://ftp.iasi.roedu.net/mirrors/ftp.windowmaker.org/lib

Instead of using that link I have copied it to our mirrors and adjusted
the MODULE to reflect that.
