Summary:                    udev 094 does not install /lib/udev/firmware_helper
=> ipw2200 fails to load
Description: 
I recently updated udev from 091 to 094. Today I noticed that this breaks
the ipw2200 driver. udev 091 installed a script
'/lib/udev/firmware_helper' which is needed to load the ipw2200 kernel
module. 

After I removed 094 and forced installation of 091, everything worked fine
again.

Possible solution: Use udev 092 instead of 094. It still provides
firmware_helper and also ships udevstart (as well as udevsend).
