it's a temporary filed used for bad-case debugging by developers. You
can safely delete this file or ignore it.

Not really sure if this is a bug as such. Well I guess it is, google was
not all that helpful to shed any understanding for me beyond that they
were rejected. I was cleaning out "/tmp" and saw that file name. It has
the following symlinks listed it did not like;
/usr/lib/libanl.so
/usr/lib/libBrokenLocale.so
/usr/lib/libcrypt.so
/usr/lib/libdl.so
/usr/lib/libm.so
/usr/lib/libnsl.so
/usr/lib/libnss_compat.so
/usr/lib/libnss_dns.so
/usr/lib/libnss_files.so
/usr/lib/libnss_hesiod.so
/usr/lib/libnss_nisplus.so
/usr/lib/libnss_nis.so
/usr/lib/libresolv.so
/usr/lib/librt.so
/usr/lib/libthread_db.so
/usr/lib/libutil.so
If this isn't really a bug but "normal" behavior for glibc, could
someone point me to some info?
