Not a gal problem.  This is an XOrg problem that was not adequately
described.  It was fixed by recompiling XOrg.

checking for main in -lgal... no
configure: error: gal library not found. See the README and config.log

lvu installed gal
0.23

I already relinned gal, too :/

As far as I know gnucash still depends on gal (and accordingly gtkhtml)
and not gal2. If I'm wrong DEPENDS is wrong, too.
