What:
Every send mail action in KDE KMAIL fails with error: SASL (-4)
authentication error.

Why:
cyrus-sasl module configuration is wrong.

How to fix:
untar /var/spool/lunar/cyrus-sasl.tgz to any directory
and install it using standard commands:.
./configure
make
make install

How to fix module:
remove all --disable options from ./configure parameters.


The maintainer address is maintainer at lunar-linux.org so nobody
personaly takes care about this module :-(. I can look after this
module if nobody wants.

I'm currently reworking cyrus-sasl a bit to allow sasl to be compiled
without PAM. Can you tell me which of the --disable-XXX options
actually causes kmail to break?
