I have forced the creation of the symlink in the BUILD file. This must
fix the problem. Thank you Dennis.

Should probably add a bit of logic for the creation/existence of both
the libsmclients to avoid this;

Installing bin/CP437.so as /usr/lib/samba/charset/CP437.so
/usr/bin/install -c bin/libsmbclient.so //usr/lib/samba
: bin/libsmbclient.a //usr/lib/samba
/usr/bin/install -c
