Yes it does becuase if you are trying to compile firefox 1.0.3 and the
updated cairo module florin put into moonmbase 0.4.0 it will not build.
 Firefox 1.0.3 and cairo 0.4.0 will not work together.  Cairo will have
to be downgraded back to 0.2.0 or you will have to disable svg support
in firefox for now.

firefox 1.0.3 module has the following bug which breaks its
