Hi! the version of postgres was recently bumped (many thanks) however it
broke me web server, first off DBD-Pg was broken. a while later I
changed somethign in my httpd.conf only to find that apache would not
start because php was broken from the upgrade. So what i did was
created a quick POST_INSTALL file. yes i could be doing lunar fix after
an update but i have not used that feature for a while because things
like XOrg and Mozilla always seem to rebuild (maybe that is fixed
though).
