Gnome-panel compile breaks on a missing -lpds4, something I think it
inherits from evolution-data-server, but I have no idea why. -lpds4 is
supplied AND available in the proper location by mozilla, so that is
not the problem. This is also an upgrade, so all the libs are available
already.
