I just installed it without any problems.

seen it before, happens during the cache-creation stage, I suspect
installwatch to give false information. Will investigate.

specific webmin module problem, somehow the '*' is caught by installwatch.
AMAZING. no fix yet.

* added workaround that works
* also bumped version
