Summary: MAKES=2 doesnt really becomes 'make -j2' !?
Description:
i have "MAKES" set to 2 (/etc/lunar/local/optimizations) but it seems that
lin keeps using just make (or that the alias for make is not used) as the
CPU is only used by 50% (SMP). this changes to an average of 99% when i
run "make -j2" by hand.
