WORKAROUND: lin kdelibs3 && lin kdeaddons3
REASON: somehow crucial components of kdelibs3 are REMOVED after kdelibs3
was installed (had a confirmed 3 file removed from
/opt/lunar/kde/3/include but they were present in /var/cache copy).
Suggested workaround worked in my case perfectly. Suspect other kde3
module removing stuff!

i noticed that kde moved locations of packages around this is a hiccup in
lrming of the modules, in your example your library was probably lrmed by
the update of later kde modules my recomendation of upgrading to kde 3.2
is to lrm all of the previous kde modules and then linning the new modules
