Lunar has a policy towards ImageMagick to not update the module in
between major releases (since there is a new ImageMagick on a daily
basis). Therefore, we are keeping the version at 6.1.7-0. Unfortunately
there is no tarball left on the us mirror (as there should be). We'll be
syncing the mirror as soon as possible.

For now you may use 'lin --want 6.1.7-3 ImageMagick' as a workaround.
