perl fails to build and removes the old perl in PRE_BUILD. Without an
older version in /var/cache/lunar to ressurect perl you'll run in
problems since lunar makes use of perl (afaik). This looks really
critical to me.

I attached two logs. The first with answer NO to the question
"customizing perl?" and the second with YES. However I got no further
dialogs with the YES-option as I can remember them from the old module.
