[Lunar-bugs] [bug] "lin parted" incorrectly fetches XOrg-fonts-base and lin's it too

Last installed version I had was parted-1.6.16.  Today  I tried
parted-1.6.19.  "lin -r -c parted" and I said No to using gettext.  lin
still proceeded to download XOrg-fonts-base and then proceeded to "lin
XOrg-fonts-base".  "lunar fixdepends" made no difference.

This was working until gettext was made an optional_depends of parted
or something has changed in the depends code again.

If parted is compiled without gettext support, then optional_depends of
gettext should NOT be downloaded nor should they be "linned" either.
