version downgraded in the moonbase.

After updating to 1.10 of libxklavier, gnome-settings-daemon refuses to
start:
/usr/libexec/gnome-settings-daemon: error while loading shared
libraries: libxklavier.so.8: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory

re-linning control-centre2 fails with:
gswitchit_config.c: In function `_GSwitchItXkbConfigDoWithSettings':
gswitchit_config.c:374: error: too many arguments to function
`XklConfigActivate'
gswitchit_config.c:382: warning: implicit declaration of function
`XklConfigWriteXKMFile'

so it looks like there was an interface change with with new
libxklavier.
changing back to version 1.02 fixed the problem.
