Summary:                    Admin email reports still partially broken
Description: 
Admin reports are now working for regular "lin module" and compile logs are
correctly emailed when a module fails to compile/install correctly and
install reports are correctly emailed upon successfuly installs.  However,
"lin module" that causes a resurrect or "lunar resurrect module", both do
NOT send any email reports to admin.

Added proper report code to resurrect(), as well as sound ;^)
