Summary: j2sdk install fails when installed as dependancy of other module
Description:
to reproduce: make sure OO and j2sdk are not installed, and no cache is
available. lin OO, see the license file, press 'q' to go to accept (yes or
no) question, see it loop indefinately.

Some more info. I edited the j2sdk...bin script and the read fails with an
error. According to the bash manual this means EOF was reached. Apparently
the script cannot read from stdin. No idea why though ...
And it's not just the j2sdk.bin script, any read in the PRE_BUILD fails.
hmm, $- expands to 'hB'; this means the shell is not interactive and there
can be no user input.

given that restriction I do not see where it is possible to expect it to
function preoprly as a dep. Perhaps what we should do is change the OO
module to search for it and fail if it's not there with a message
instructing the user to install j2sdk stand alone prior to re-attempting
the OO install?
