[Ferm] Dual-stacking and IP in variables

In similar situations I use this construct:

domain ip {
	@include "ferm-46.conf";
}
domain ip6 {
	@include "ferm-46.conf";
}


Anyway the selector functions I mentioned would be quite
useful for me... :-)
